If you’re someone who starts January with big goals but loses steam by February, don’t worry. This year is going to be different.
Today, we’re not just setting a resolution but building a foundation. I’m going to help you shape this year with clarity, courage, and connection so you can finally feel aligned with your dreams, your values, and your faith.

Action Steps:
Write down three things you want more of this year. More time with family? More peace in your day? More courage to pursue your calling? (02:15)
Think of one goal you’ve been procrastinating on. What’s the smallest, simplest first step you can take today? (02:47)
Write down one way failure has taught you something valuable in the past. Use it as proof that you can handle whatever comes your way this year. (06:05)
Think of one relationship you want to strengthen in 2025. Text that person today and set up a time to connect, whether it’s coffee, a walk, or just a catch-up call. (08:18)
Every day this week, look for one moment of joy. Write it down, share it with someone, or just savor it in your heart. (10:24)
Questions: Take 10 minutes this week to think about these questions.
What’s one thing I want to feel proud of by the end of the year? (11:12)
What’s holding me back, and how can I overcome it? (11:27)
Who are the people I want to invest in this year? (11:39 )
How can I bring God into my daily decisions? (11:49)
What’s one simple way I can create joy this week? (12:02)
Recommendations:
What I’m loving this week are H&M tops, which are basically what I've worn since last summer. The fitted H&M Fitted T-shirt look good enough to be worn alone or under a blazer. I probably have four of every color!
I found a collagen I really love, and love it so much I can put it in plain water and drink it. I don’t mess with flavors anymore. It’s Bulletproof Collagen Peptides.
I found a mascara that I love! As of right now, Mile High Club Mascara is my new favorite and is in the top tier category.

Welcome back to the show this week. I'm giving you another chapter from one of my books. Fierce Faith.
Fierce Faith is very close to my heart because it's my book on helping women overcome fear, anxiety, and worry.
So today, we're going to talk about how to overcome the fear of the future, avoid becoming stuck, and stop catastrophizing our future. I want to give you a battle plan to fight fear.

Welcome back to the show! We are thrilled to bring you part two of our “Finishing Strong End of Year Review Series.” Think of these three episodes as your own personal mini-coaching sessions
One of the most powerful benefits of having a coach is being asked the perfect question at the perfect time. These questions unlock clarity, prompt deep reflection, and help you gain a true understanding of what you want and where you're headed in life. That's incredibly powerful. Today, we're diving into a crucial aspect of our lives—our relationships.

Recommendations:
I have so many great things to share this week!
Christmas song this week - Angels We Have Heard on High by Andrea Bocelli. It’s on the Holly Jolly playlist and the link is below.
The movie this week is a cute/bad movie: Red Notice. It is the combination of little parts of every 90’s Christmas family movie and putting them into one movie. It's pretty boring, but for a ten or twelve year old, it is good. Otherwise, it’s not that great.
I’ve started using Mason Jars for storing left overs. We all know we shouldn’t put warm food into plastic containers because it leaches into your food. And far less expensive than the glass storage containers.

Welcome to part one of our end-of-year review series. We will have three episodes that we are referring to as the “Finishing Strong Series.” Every December, I do an in-depth end-of-year review with my clients and give you a peek into that experience.
The most powerful thing about coaching is having someone know you and your work so well they can advise you on what to do. But after that, the most powerful part is the power of the perfect question at the right time to unlock clarity.
This is a time to pause, look back, and celebrate everything this year brought us, whether it was a win, a challenge, or a lesson. Today, we are going to reflect on personal growth and achievements.

Recommendations of things that I love:
The peak Christmas song for me, with the only voice for Christmas, is Martina McBride’s Oh Holy Night.
My second recommendation is a TV show on Apple TV: Disclaimer. It’s only seven episodes. It’s simple, full of twists, and a thriller that’s really well made. The subject matter is a little heavy, but if you like something a little twisty, this is the show for you.

Welcome back! Today, we're with Mark Batterson, a New York Times bestselling author and an amazing pastor and leader.
We're talking about finishing the year strong. This conversation is a great reminder of how we need to look at life and that God has so much for us that sometimes, in the hustle and bustle of daily life and the stress of daily life, we don't fully recognize.
Mark Batterson serves as lead pastor of National Community Church in Washington, DC. He is a best-selling author of 23 books. He also serves as lead visionary for The Dream Collective, which equips and supports dreamers who long for revival in the church, reformation in the kingdom, and renaissance in culture.
In Mark’s newest book, A Million Little Miracles: Rediscover the God Who Is Bigger Than Big, Closer Than Close, and Gooder Than Good, he reminds us of the millions of miracles God performs every day and inspires us to live with a clearer sense of identity and purpose.
Great things Mark and I discussed today:
(4:25) Everyday miracles
(11:28) The miracle of play
(15:00) Barriers that keep us from seeing everyday miracles in our lives
(15:54) First step to identifying the little miracles in our lives to feel re-enchanted

Welcome back! We are in our Finishing Strong Series. We want to finish this year strong and head into the new year strong.
Today, I want to talk to you about the life-changing power of micro habits and another superpower that will transform your life. It's called compounding. It's more than numbers. Compounding is about how small actions done consistently over time will multiply their impact in ways that we can't even imagine.
